What is this?

CC and The Madman is a band, of killer Chicago music scene stalwarts, named after our fake radio show.

And yes, we are basically a spin-off of Tributosaurus.

Read the fullly realized untrue band backstory here.

Meet the core group of musicians here.

Every concert highlights a specific year and season, featuring the greatest songs on the radio from that moment.  We began with the Summer of 1977. Fall of 1986 came next.  Past shows and setlists can be found here.

Painstakingly recreating classic songs with loving exactitude is a style you’ve come to expect from Matt & Curt….and this is a thrilling new challenge, jumping genres and styles with joy.
